PERSONAL THOUGHTS

A very grand closing to this year's Xmas week, as well as my FINAL collaboration for the year. It was also another one of my dream coming true: to be able to sing with awesome talents of the world. I've never thought this day would come, but yes... it is here. Just like my previous Xmas song, it would have been more awesome if I can do it in a real life album recording... but still, this experience was absolutely awesome, and listening to our combined voices -which came from multiple spreaded places of the planet... is very thrilling. It's amazing how technology made it possible. Thank you everyone who have involved in this project, eventhough many of you are busy with personal life and all. I'm grateful that you can steal away some of your precious time to record this. I feel really honored to be able to work with these superb talents, and I couldn't thank you guys enough.

This is also my first Youtube group project. Working with more than one people is a new experience for me, and well... it has its funs and nots hahaha. 5 singers meaning 5 jobs for each sound editings, and mixing them all together also means another job. Plus, I've decided to make a good darn video with my Adobe Premiere skill I newly learnt (not yet mastered - all thanks to this project)... so yeah, another homework. They are time consuming, strength enduring, and health draining. What? Yes... man down man overboard! Haha, yes I was already brimming in fever and it wasn't even done yet. Beside that, this and that happened hence there were some sudden changes that had to be done in the last few days. I ended up re-arranging the arrangements and had to revise the video that had already been finished a week before. I had to wrap it this morning though, cause I don't think my body can handle more work with this fever. Very exhausting hahaha... and yes, right now I'm posting with feverish body as well. I wonder how will it be when we add more members to the team (probably 7-8 people?) Hmmmm... *passes out*

But you know what? Listening to these voices is a life saver, and a motivational uplifter. I'm still amazed with how these talents sound, and they really boosted my spirit. Working and editing these excellent vocals is lots of fun, even when it required a great amount of concentration and dedicated time. I wish I could do it more professionally though, cause these voices deserves better sound editor to maximize the result. Guess what, of all the voices I had to edit, only one I mostly dislike of all: MINE! Hahaha... yes, I don't know if it's because I recorded mine while experimenting with my new microphone or what, it ended up very heavy and noisy... and it's weird that when I turn the volume up, it 'breaks the walls', but when I lowered it to avoid that, it got drowned by the music O_O. Yeah, well, you can hear the rest in the audio, and trust me... that's the best I can do for my voice. I need to start saving to buy a more proper recording instruments... or more than that, BUILD MY OWN STUDIO! Hahaha

So yeah, a VERY VERY awesome Final collaboration of the year. Eventhough it didn't work out as planned (with all the sudden issue here and there), and as I said, the result could've been more professionally mastered, I really enjoyed the result... I really really do, and it's still sound amazing nonetheless. I hope everyone out there will enjoy it as well, for this is our small yet big and grand Xmas present for you all.
